MEET YOUR COACH: U11 blue - brett carter

Brett and his family have been with the Titans since 2018, with Brett the assistant coach for his son's U12 team for 2 years. He then put his hand up to be head coach for the team, but Covid hit and the season got shut down.

In 2021, Brett's daughter played for the U12s girls side and his youngest started his footy career with the Titans. This is the fourth season that Brett has coached his son's team, bringing his coaching career to a total of 6 years and counting - last year Brett was recognised for his achievements as a Titan and was given life membership at the club.

A Melbourne Demons supporter, Brett's favourite memory is when his oldest son Eddie kicked 3 goals in the last quarter of a game in 2018. It was just after Brett's father passed away, and every time Eddie kicked one he pointed to the sky. What a beautiful memory Brett, one we are sure you will never forget.
